About us

In a recent trip to Ecuador, my brother in law took me to an amazing and unforgettable journey where I got the opportunity to visit different regions, from the Pacific Coast to The Andes and I got to taste and to enjoy different flavors that represented, not only Ecuadorian food but I believe Latin America food. I was delighted every time we visited different restaurants and tried traditional dishes such as Seco de Chivo (Billy goat stew), Encebollado (Fish stew), and Ceviches. However, street food really caught my eye, specially this dish called chuzos. Chuzos also known as “carne en palito” are meat on a wooden stick, simple and tasteful. They are sold all around the country on carts, specially at fairs or carnivals. They are made with different types of meat or just with vegetables for the vegetarian crowd. Chuzos are comfort food, and that is what I wanted to bring to Northwest Arkansas. Come and visit us!
